1. Check the box to contest the ticket and mail it to the court. This must be done within 15 days of receiving the ticket.
2. Photocopy the ticket prior to mailing it.
3. Download the "Client Info Worksheet" from the link at the left of this page or call and we can mail you one.
4. Fill out the worksheet and either fax, email, or mail it along with a copy of the ticket (keep a copy for yourself)
5. Our office will contact you when we received your documents and payment.
